Grilled Chicken Taco
Grilled Chicken Taco is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 tbsp. vegetable oil, 1 garlic clove, minced, 2 c. cooked, diced chicken, 1 pkg. azteca flour tortillas and 1 1/2 c. shredded monterey jack or cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
In skillet, heat oil.
Cook onion and garlic until tender. Add chicken.
Heat 3 minutes.
Remove from pan into bowl.
Heat tortillas according to package. Divide chicken onto center of tortillas.
Top with cheese and optional ingredients. Fold tortillas in half.
Melt margarine in same skillet.
Grill tacos on each side for 2 or 3 minutes or until cheese melts.
Makes 8 to 10 tacos.
