Gratin Potatoes
Gratin Potatoes is an impressive dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 26 minutes. Made with medium potatoes, peeled and sliced, to 4 medium onions, peeled and sliced, . margarine, garlic, minced and . salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Saute onions in margarine until soft and transparent.
In a baking dish, arrange in layers the sliced potatoes and onions. Sprinkle with garlic seasonings in between layers.
Bake at 350° for about 40 minutes.
Add whipping cream all over top.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Increase temperature to 400°.
Bake another 10 to 20 minutes until potatoes are soft and brown on top.
Serve with broiled meat.
