Gooey Coffee Cake
Gooey Coffee Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. (24 count) frozen parker house rolls, 1 3-oz. pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant), 1 stick butter, melted, 1/2 c. pecans and 1/2 c. brown sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Lightly sprinkle 1/2 c. pecans over bottom of greased 9 x 13 pan (or 2 round cake pans).
Place frozen rolls at random on top of nuts.
Pour melted butter over rolls.
Make a mixture of brown sugar, 1/2 c. pecans, and dry pudding.
Sprinkle over rolls.
Cover pan or pans with a tea towel and let set overnight.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 min.
Turn over onto plate.
