Golden Glazed Flank Steak
Golden Glazed Flank Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 envelope onion soup mix, 1 (12 oz.) jar apricot or peach preserves, 1/2 c. water, 1 flank steak (about 2 lb.), cut into thin strips and 2 medium green, red or yellow bell peppers, sliced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
In small bowl combine soup mix, preserves and water; set aside.
In bottom of broiling pan, arrange steak and peppers; top with soup mixture.
Broil, turning once, until steak is done. Serve over hot rice.
Makes about 8 servings.
