Saucepan low heat melt chips with margarine. In mixer bowl beat chocolate in mixture with remaining ingredients, except nuts, until smooth.
Add nuts.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake 35 minutes at 325Β° until center is set. Refrigerate leftovers.
