Fruit Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 tbsp. minute tapioca, 1/2 c. sugar, dash of salt, 2 c. water and 1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cook tapioca with sugar, salt and 1 cup water until thick and clear.
Remove from heat.
Add 1 more cup water, frozen orange juice and strawberries.
Add remaining drained fruit. Serve over sherbet.
