Fruit Smoothie
Fruit Smoothie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2-3 c. crushed ice, 1 1/2 c. apple juice, 1/2 banana, 1/2 apple and 1/2 c. frozen strawberries, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Fill blender about 2/3 full of crushed ice.
Add about 1 1/2 cups of apple juice.
Blend until smooth.
Add banana, apple, frozen strawberries and sweetener. Blend all together to make a frozen drink.
Serves 2-4.
