Fruit Pizza
Fruit Pizza is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in just 48 minutes. Made with roll refrigerated sugar cookie dough, (8 oz.) cream cheese, to 3/4 c. powdered sugar and variety of fresh fruit, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Spread dough in a pizza pan or jelly roll pan.
Bake as directed.
Whip together cream cheese and powdered sugar until desired consistency is reached.
Spread on top of cooled cookie dough.
On top of cookie, arrange a variety of your favorite fresh fruits, sliced or cut up (strawberries, kiwi, blueberries, bananas, peaches, etc.).
