Fruit Cocktail Cookies
Fruit Cocktail Cookies is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 c. shortening, 1 large can fruit cocktail (drain 2 1/2 oz.), 1 c. brown sugar, packed, 1/2 c. white sugar and 3 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine the shortening, sugars, eggs and vanilla.
Shut off mixer and add fruit cocktail by hand.
Sift together the flour, all spices, baking powder and soda.
Add to ingredients.
Drop by spoonfuls greased cookie sheet and bake. Dough can be used away or refrigerate.
Do not place cookie dough to close together on cookie sheet because cookies will spread while baking.
Bake at 375Β° for 12 to 15 minutes.
