Frozen Party Salad
Frozen Party Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. miracle whip salad dressing, 1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained, 1/2 c chopped maraschino cherries, 2 tbsp. confectioners sugar and 2 c. miniature marshmallows, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Add salad dressing to softened cream cheese, mixing until well blended.
Stir in fruit, sugar and food coloring.
Fold in marshmallows, then whipped cream.
Pour into 9 x 5-inch loaf pan and freeze.
Unmold and surround with lettuce.
Makes 10 to 12 servings.
