Frozen Fruit Salad
Frozen Fruit Salad is an moderately easy salad you can prepare in about 1 hour 22 minutes. Made with apricots, crushed pineapple, small box frozen strawberries, thawed, bananas, cut up and c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Drain juice off apricots and pineapple.
Take 3/4 cup juice; add the sugar to it.
Boil until syrupy.
Cool.
Combine all fruit in a bowl.
Pour cooled syrup over it and stir.
Put in cupcake papers and freeze.
Take out 1/2 hour before eating.
These keep well in freezer for quite some time.
