Fried Spaghetti
Fried Spaghetti is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 to 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, 1 large bunch of green onions, 1 lb. spaghetti, soy sauce and garlic, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cook and drain spaghetti according to instructions.
Set aside.
Cut onion tops into 1-inch pieces. Saute briefly in hot oil.
Remove and set aside.
Cut chicken into bite-size pieces. Stir-fry in hot oil.
Season with garlic, salt and pepper. Remove.
Toss cooked spaghetti in frying pan with oil and soy sauce to taste.
Add chicken and onions.
Stir-fry.
Sprinkle a pinch of sugar.
Stir and serve.
