Fried Rice
Fried Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 chopped green onions, 2 eggs, 1 c. green peas (frozen), thawed, 3/4 c. cashew nuts and 1 can sliced water chestnuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Saute onions in oil.
Scramble eggs and cook into a little pancake.
Place on chopping board; cool.
Stir-fry in oil about 2 minutes the peas, cashews and water chestnuts.
Remove.
Add rice to oil.
Saute in wok; add eggs, vegetables and soy sauce to taste. Heat thoroughly.
