Fried Rice
Fried Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 to 2 c. cooked, cubed ham, 1 carrot, finely diced, 1 tbsp. soy sauce, 1 tbsp. instant minced onion and 3 c. cooked rice (1 c. uncooked), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Fry ham with soy sauce. Add carrots. Stir-fry to heat through. Add onions, rice and peas.
Mix and heat over medium heat.
Make a well in the center so bottom of pan is exposed. Add eggs and cook, stirring constantly, until soft scrambled, then mix into rice mixture.
