Fried Rice
Fried Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. uncooked rice, 3 eggs, 1 medium onion, soy sauce and choice of pork, chicken, ham or shrimp, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cook rice with water on medium heat until all water is gone. Turn to low.
Stir the rice.
Cover for 15 to 20 minutes; set aside.
Beat eggs, one at a time; fry in large skillet with 1 tablespoon of butter.
Cut into strips and set aside.
Chop onion; fry in small amount of oil until it is clear.
To this, add the chopped meat of choice and cook until the meat is done.
Set aside.
