Fried Rice
Fried Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. rice, 2 stalks celery, 2 onions, diced, 2 tbsp. oil and 1 egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cook rice.
Dice onions and dice the celery.
Put oil in large frying pan.
Beat egg and add to oil, cutting into strips.
Add garlic powder, salt and soy sauce.
Mix well and add cooked rice, stirring until browned by the soy sauce.
Add diced celery and diced onions to the rice.
