Fried Rice
Fried Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. cooked rice, 1/4 lb. diced raw bacon, 2 eggs, beaten, 2 scallions, chopped and 4 oz. cooked shrimp, beef or pork, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Heat oil.
Scramble eggs (always scramble eggs separately). Remove and fry bacon.
Stir in scallions.
Add rice, soy sauce and salt.
