Fried Rice
Fried Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. regular rice (3 c. cold cooked), 6 eggs, 1/4 tsp. salt, 8 oz. bacon, cooked and crumbled and 2 tbsp. chopped green onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Beat salt and eggs with fork.
Heat oil very hot.
Pour in egg mixture; cook.
Stir constantly until eggs are size of peas. Reduce heat to low.
Push eggs to one side of skillet; gently stir rice with 2 tablespoons oil until rice is coated.
Add bacon and soy sauce; stir and heat.
Sprinkle with green onions.
Add 1 can mushrooms (optional).
