Fried Rice
Fried Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 tbsp. oil, 2 eggs, beaten, 1/4 c. cooked bacon, 1/2 c. char siu pork and 1/2 c. scallions, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Heat 1/2 the oil in wok.
Scramble eggs.
Remove from pan. Add rest of oil.
Fry meat and scallions.
After a few minutes, add rice and vegetables, stirring constantly.
Pour in the rest of ingredients and add eggs.
Heat and serve.
