Fried Rice
Fried Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 strips bacon, 2 tbsp. onion, chopped, 1 tbsp. green pepper, 2 tbsp. celery, chopped and 2 c. cooked rice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cook bacon until crisp; drain.
Saute onion, pepper and celery in bacon drippings.
Remove vegetables with slotted spoon.
Add rice to skillet.
Cook until rice starts to brown.
Add onion, pepper and celery to rice.
Add bacon, crumbled; mix well.
Make a hole in mixture.
Put eggs in hole.
Stir with fork until eggs are cooked, then shred egg through mixture.
Serves 4.
