Fried Rice
Fried Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 to 5 c. rice, 4 eggs, 3 tbsp. vegetable oil, 2 tbsp. scallions, chopped and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cook rice.
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in frying pan or wok on high heat.
Scramble eggs quickly and remove.
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in same pan.
Add cooked eggs, salt, sugar, soy sauce, chopped scallions and broth.
Stir-fry over medium to high heat for 3 to 4 minutes.
