Fried Rice
Fried Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. precooked rice, 4 strips bacon, 2 eggs, green onions, cut up and 3 to 4 tbsp. oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Preheat frying pan to 420Β°.
Fold in 2 strips of bacon.
Add 2 eggs; don't break yolk and do not mix with bacon.
After eggs are half cooked, break into little pieces.
Add precooked rice.
Don't mix with eggs and bacon.
Add cut up green onions on rice and 3 to 4 tablespoons oil.
Sprinkle soy sauce on top of rice.
Mix bacon and eggs with rice.
Push to back of pan.
Add precooked chicken to the front of pan and saute.
Mix it all together.
