Fried Rice
Fried Rice is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. rice, 3 to 4 slices bacon, 1 to 2 eggs, 1/2 medium onion, chopped and soy sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cook 1 cup rice with 2 cups water.
Simmer for 15 minutes. Fry bacon crisp.
Push to one side of frying pan.
Brown onion in bacon grease.
Push to side of pan.
Scramble egg(s) in bacon grease.
Add cooked rice.
Add enough soy sauce until colored as desired.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
