Fried Rice
Fried Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 strips bacon, cut finely, 4 eggs, slightly beaten, 3 c. cooked rice, 1/4 c. pork, boiled and 1 tsp. soy sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Fry bacon until slightly brown.
Remove bacon from skillet and fry the beaten egg in bacon fat.
Set aside.
Add cooked rice and fry for 5 minutes.
Mix thoroughly.
Add all other ingredients, cooked bacon and seasonings.
Garnish with scrambled eggs, ham and green onion.
