Fried Rice
Fried Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3-4 c. cold rice (cooked and cool), 1/2 stick butter or margarine, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 2 eggs, scrambled and soy sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Melt butter in frying pan, add onions and any optional veggies.
Stir and cook until tender.
Push cooked veggies to side of pan- scramble eggs.
Put cold cooked rice over top of eggs and veggies. Mix together, frying until warm throughout.
Add soy sauce to taste.
Can add cubes of cooked meat!
