Fried Mush is an easy dinner. Made with 1 qt. broth or water, 3 c. cold water, 3 c. cornmeal (white or yellow) and 4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Heat broth.
Mix together cold and cornmeal and salt. Add to hot broth and cook 1 in Pyrex bread pan to cool and then refrigerate.
Slice 1/4-inch thick.
Roll in flour and fry in skillet.
Serve with apple butter, pancake syrup, etc.
