Fried Lumpia
Fried Lumpia is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. cabbage, shredded, 1/2 c. carrots, shredded, 1/2 c. jicama, chopped fine, 1 lb. ground pork and 1 whole onion (medium), chopped fine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Saute ground pork for 5 minutes, constantly stirring.
Put pork in bowl and mix in all vegetables, onion, salt and pepper. Wrap mix in lumpia wrapper to desired size.
Deep fry.
Makes 15 to 20 pieces.
