Fried Chicken Gravy
Fried Chicken Gravy is an easy dinner. Made with 5 tbsp. fat, 4 tbsp. flour, salt and pepper to taste, 1 1/2 c. milk or water and 1/4 c. diced onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

After chicken has cooked, remove from pan.
Pour off all but 5 tablespoons fat. On low heat, add onions and saute.
Add flour; stir until brown.
Add water or milk and stir until smooth. Add salt and pepper.
Simmer on low for about 10 minutes.
Gravy will be creamier if milk is used.
