Fried Chicken
Fried Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 1 fryer, cut into parts, 1/2 c. flour, 1 tsp. salt, 1/8 tsp. pepper and 1/2 c. cooking oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix flour, salt and pepper in a plastic bag.
Add one or two pieces of chicken at a time in the bag and shake to coat thoroughly.
In large frypan, place oil and heat to high temperature (425Β°).
Add chicken, skin side down, and cook for 10 minutes, turning often or until brown on all sides.
Reduce heat to medium-low, cover and cook about 20 minutes longer or until fork inserts into chicken with ease.
Serves 4.
