Made with 8 oz. whole milk mozzarella (double h brand) cheese, 1 egg, beaten with 1 tbsp. water, 1/2 c. crackers or toasted bread crumbs, 1/4 tsp. oregano and 1/4 tsp. basil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors.
