Fried Apples
Fried Apples is an easy dinner. Made with 5 large cooking apples, 3/4 c. sugar, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/2 margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Peel and core apples; cut into 1-inch wedges.
Place in baking dish; stir sugar with salt.
Dip apple wedges in mixture, turning to coat all sides.
In large skillet over medium-low heat, melt margarine.
Add apples and cook partially covered 15 minutes or until fork-tender, carefully turning apples with pancake turner. Remove when tender.
