French Pancake
French Pancake is an easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. milk, 1 egg, 1/4 c. flour and 1/4 stick butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

You will need 2 small bowls or one bowl per person.
Put milk and egg in bowl.
Beat and add flour and mix until smooth.
Set oven at 425Β°.
Need pie pan (metal or glass) for each person.
Cut butter or oleo; use it to grease pie pan and leave the rest in the pan.
Put in the oven for 5 minutes before you are ready to pour batter in.
Don't let butter or oleo brown.
Quickly pour batter into heated pie pan.
Tilt a bit, but do not stir.
Return to oven; bake 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
Set on hot pad and serve with syrup, jelly or fruit or plain.
The pancake curls up like a bird's nest.
