Fish Chowder
Fish Chowder is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 medium onion, chopped, 2 carrots, diced, 1 stalk celery, sliced, 2 tbsp. butter or margarine, divided and 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen fish fillets, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

In 3-quart saucepan, over medium heat, saute onion, carrots and celery in 1 tablespoon butter or margarine.
Add fish, potatoes, bay leaf, salt, thyme, pepper and wine.
Cover; simmer 20 minutes.
With fork, break fish into chunks.
Add milk and remaining butter.
Discard bay leaf.
Sprinkle with parsley. Makes 4 servings.
