Fish Chowder
Fish Chowder is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. chopped celery, 1 c. finely cut carrots, 1 large onion, chopped, 2 large potatoes, cubed and 2 c. fish, cubed (uncooked), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Saute celery, carrots and onion in butter until onion is opaque in a large pot.
Add potatoes, water, salt, pepper and basil.
Simmer 15 minutes.
Place fish on top of potatoes.
Cover; simmer 15 minutes.
Stir in corn and milk, then heat just to boiling.
Serve with crackers.
Do not boil.
