Fajita Style Stir-Fry
Fajita Style Stir-Fry is an impressive dinner. Made with 2/3 c. pace picante sauce, 1 tsp. cornstarch, 1 tsp. ground cumin, 1/2 tsp. salt and 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine picante sauce, cornstarch, cumin and salt in small bowl; set aside.
In large skillet or wok over high heat, heat oil until hot but not smoking.
Add meat.
Cook until almost done.
Add onion, pepper and garlic.
Stir-fry until vegetables are crisp tender.
Stir picante sauce mixture to blend ingredients.
Add at once to skillet.
Cook and stir about 2 minutes until sauce thickens.
Spoon 1/2 mixture into tortillas; top with cheese, sour cream and salad trimmings.
Add more salsa.
Serves 4.
