Enchiladas
Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground meat (lean), 1 large onion, chopped, salt and pepper to taste, 2 tsp. chili powder or 1 pkg. taco mix and 2 peppers, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Brown meat, salt, pepper, chili powder and onions.
Pour off liquid.
Spoon into flour tortillas and roll up.
Layer in large pan side by side.
Pour large can of chili over top of enchiladas. Bake 15 minutes at 350Β°.
Take out and cover with cheese.
Return to oven and bake until cheese melts.
