Enchilada Pie
Enchilada Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce, 1 can water, 1 tbsp. chili powder and 1 pkg. corn tortillas, broken into pieces, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Brown meat and onions; drain.
Add all other ingredients except tortillas and cheese.
Simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
Pour 1/3 of sauce into a casserole and layer with tortilla and cheese. Repeat and end with cheese on top.
Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes.
