Enchilada Casserole
Enchilada Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. hamburger, 1 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. garlic powder, 10 oz. can enchilada sauce and 1 pkg. corn tortillas, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Saute hamburger until brown.
Add salt, garlic powder and enchilada sauce.
In 13-inch casserole, place small amount of meat in bottom.
Tear tortillas in half.
Layer 10 halves in casserole. Cover with 1/2 of remaining meat.
Sprinkle 1/2 of onions on meat.
Repeat layers of tortillas, meat and onions.
Melt cheese in soup.
Pour over casserole layers.
Cover with foil.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350Β°.
