Egg Pancake
Egg Pancake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. flour, 1/2 c. milk, 2 eggs, slightly beaten, pinch of nutmeg and 2 to 4 tbsp. butter or margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Preheat oven to 425Β°.
Mix flour, eggs, milk and nutmeg together.
Batter will be lumpy.
Melt butter in a large frying pan.
(I find that an iron frying pan works well).
Add batter. Bake 15 to 20 minutes until pancake is nicely brown and puffy. Remove from pan to warm plate and spread with a couple tablespoons of lingonberries; sprinkle with lemon or lime juice over the berries and sprinkle the whole pancake with powdered sugar.
Eat! You will think you died and went to heaven!
