Egg Crouton Casserole
Egg Crouton Casserole is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 2 minutes. Made with c. plain bread croutons, c. shredded cheddar cheese, bacon, cooked and crumbled, slightly beaten eggs and c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Grease 10 x 6 x 1 3/4-inch baking dish.
Place croutons on bottom, then add cheese, reserving a little, followed by crumbled bacon.
Combine eggs, milk, salt, mustard, pepper and onion powder.
Pour over crouton mixture.
Top with reserved cheese. Bake in preheated 325Β° oven for 60 minutes or until set.
Serves 6 to 8.
