Easy-to-Make Spoon Rolls
Easy-To-Make Spoon Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. dry yeast, 2 c. very warm water, 1 1/2 sticks margarine, melted, 1/4 c. sugar and 1 egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Add yeast to water.
Melt margarine and cream with sugar in a large bowl.
Add egg and stir into mixture; then add dissolved yeast and mix well.
Add flour and stir until mixed well.
Place in airtight bowl and store in refrigerator.
To cook, spoon into well-greased muffin pans and bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes or until done.
Dough can be kept 2 or 3 weeks in refrigerator if kept in bowl with airtight lid.
Makes 2 1/2 dozen.
