Easy Tempura
Easy Tempura is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 block tofu, drained, 1 pkg. chop sui vegetables, 1 pkg. surumi (fish paste), 1 egg and salt and pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Chop vegetables into smaller pieces.
Mash drained tofu and then mix in surumi.
Add the egg and chopped vegetables.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Drop by tablespoon into a heated frying pan with vegetable oil heated at medium setting.
Cook both sides until each piece is lightly brown.
