Easy Swiss Steak
Easy Swiss Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. flour, 1 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. black pepper, 2 lb. round steak, about 1-inch thick and 3 tbsp. crisco, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix flour, salt and pepper.
Cut meat into small pieces.
In a large skillet, brown meat in hot Crisco.
Remove excess grease from pan.
Top with onion, tomatoes and bell pepper.
Cover and cook over low heat for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
I use the stainless steel electric frypan.
