Easy Roast Beef
Easy Roast Beef is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (6 to 8 lb.) boneless chuck roast (frozen), 1 pkg. onion soup mix, 1 to 2 small cans mushroom steak sauce/gravy, salt and pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Place roast (frozen okay) in 9 x 13-inch or larger pan.
Use salt, pepper and seasoned salt as desired.
Sprinkle onion soup mix over top.
Pour mushroom sauce over top of roast and in pan.
Rinse can with water and pour in bottom of pan.
Cover with foil.
Bake 6 to 7 hours at 325Β° if frozen, less if not frozen (test for doneness after 4 hours).
Use juice for gravy.
