Easy Enchilada Casserole
Easy Enchilada Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 doz. corn tortillas, 1 (10 oz.) can chicken, 1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup, 1 (7 oz.) can chilies and 1 c. grated cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Cut tortillas into strips.
Mix the cans of chicken, mushroom soup and chilies in a bowl.
Mix the grated Cheddar and Jack cheeses in another bowl.
Put a layer of soup mixture on the bottom of the casserole dish.
Put a layer of the tortilla strips in the dish.
Cover with a layer of soup mix.
Sprinkle on cheeses.
Repeat tortillas, soup mixture and top with cheese. Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
