Easy Chicken Pot Pie
Easy Chicken Pot Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. cooked chicken, cubed, 1 can veg-all mixed veggies, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 can (5 count) biscuits and 1 (8 or 9-inch) ready to bake pie crust, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Simmer veggies for about 15 minutes.
Add soup and water and simmer for 5 more minutes.
Add cornstarch to thicken mixture. Add cooked chicken.
Pour mixture into pie shell.
