Earthquake Cake
Earthquake Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. coconut, 1 c. chopped pecans, 1 box german chocolate cake mix, 2 sticks oleo and 1 box powdered sugar, sifted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Spray pan with vegetable spray.
Layer the coconut and pecans. Press into bottom of pan.
Mix the cake mix by directions on box; pour over first layer.
Melt the oleo.
Add the sifted powdered sugar and cream cheese; mix well.
Pour over cake; do not stir. Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes, or until done.
(Do not overbake.)
