Dumplings
Dumplings is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. flour, 4 tsp. baking powder, 1 tsp. salt, 1 tbsp. butter and 3/4 c. chicken broth, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Sift flour, salt and baking powder together.
Put into a bowl and stir in, slowly, butter and broth.
Drop by tablespoonfuls into a pan of boiling salted chicken broth.
Cover the pan and let boil slowly for about ten or fifteen minutes.
Drop in boned chicken and simmer.
