Dumplings

Made with 2 large cans chicken broth or chicken broth from chicken, 2 cans butter-me-not biscuits or scratch biscuit mix, 1 stick butter, 1 c. flour and 2 boiled eggs, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bring chicken broth to a slow simmer.
Add 1/2 stick butter. Roll small balls from biscuit dough.
Dip in flour and drop in simmering broth.
Add 1/2 stick butter.
Simmer about 30 or 40 minutes or until done.
Add chopped eggs and giblets.
