1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

1 Tbsp . milk

1 (2 1/2 oz.) jar dried beef, torn into bits

1/4 c. green pepper, finely chopped

2 Tbsp . dehydrated onion flakes

1/4 tsp . garlic powder

1/4 tsp . black pepper

1/2 c. sour cream

1/2 c. chopped pecans

👨‍🍳 Instructions

Blend cream cheese and milk.

Add dried beef, green pepper, onion flakes, garlic powder and black pepper.

Stir to mix well. Fold in the sour cream.

Add nuts.

Spoon into small baking dish and pour 2 tablespoons melted butter over top.

Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

Serve with Triscuits (or other crackers).

Each person spreads cheese mixture on cracker as desired.
